Shipping Information
Order & Shipping Policy:
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours. Orders placed on the website are estimated to be completed and shipped within 7 business days of the acknowledgment email. After your production is done, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please note that group orders will receive a separate production email outlining the timeline for which your order is expected to be completed. Orders starting at 12 units will be considered group orders, and you will receive separate production emails that provide the ETA for production and delivery. Express orders on production are available for an additional charge upon customer request.
